AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Rebecca
empowers individuals and teams to build and sustain momentum for
long term meaningful changes. She has expertise in organizational
change and as a facilitator and coach. She brings over thirty years
of experience in the non-profit and healthcare arena as a physical
therapist, hospital chaplain and psychotherapist. Using the most
current assessments and technologies, Rebecca offers performance
enhancement evaluations and provides workshops and ongoing coaching
to set goals and benchmark changes. She helps clients address the
core issues of hiring, staffing and increased productivity. Rebecca
also maintains a perspective on the underlying and often unaddressed
needs of the heart, mind, and body.
CURRENT PROJECTS
Rebecca was the Founder and Director of the Center for Creative Transformation in San Anselmo, California for fifteen years. In late 2007 the Center moved to the East Bay, continuing to offer coaching and consulting services to individuals, businesses, and organizations who desire assessments of work environments, and leadership and staff development. She is currently on staff at the Montclair Presbyterian Church and is coaching congregants on leadership development, communications, and conflict resolution.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Rebecca has
a unique practice that balances the business bottom line with
employees who feel fulfilled, valued and productive. Some of her
recent clients include the St. Joseph’s Health System of Eureka,
California Pacific Medical Center, the Institute for Health and
Healing in San Francisco, Marin General Hospital, Novato Community
Hospital, the Orlando Regional South Seminole Hospital and United
Medical Center in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
CREDENTIALS
Rebecca is a
member of the International Coach Federation and is currently
receiving additional training to become an executive coach. She is a
licensed California Marriage and Family Therapist. Rebecca has a
Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of
Florida, a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from
Stetson University, and a Masters of Divinity from San Francisco
Theological Seminary. She also has training and certification in EAP
and Organizational Consulting, Mind-Body Medicine, Interactive
Guided Imagery, Neuro-linguistic Programming, and Eye Movement
Desensitization and Reprocessing. |
